Avocado ice cream with minimal ingredients 🍨

How was this recipe born?

👉🏻 Guests who didn’t show up, ended up in me having a lot of avocados & bananas at home
👉🏻 Wanted to keep ingredients minimal with what was available at home.
👉🏻 Quick and simple, so didn’t spend time making cream. Many of you might think what is an ice cream without cream, but Avos will make up for the creaminess 😉

Ingredients
🍧Soaked/soft dates : 6-8 (or to taste)
🍧Soaked cashew : 1/2 cup
🍧Frozen bananas : 3/4 cup
🍧Ripe avocado : 1
🍧Milk/coconut milk : 1/4 cup
🍧Vanilla (I didn’t have at home) : a dash
🍧Crushed peanut candy/chikki/praline

Method
🍦Blend all ingredients except praline, taste and see if it’s sweet to your taste (add more sweetener if required)
🍦Add the ice cream into a container
🍦Layer with crushed peanut candy/praline (‼️it’s best to add more while eating as it’s crispier that way‼️)
🍦Freeze for 6-8 hrs
🍦Serve with a drizzle of praline on top & enjoy!

Great recipe except for peanut candy. What chemicals were made using your peanut candy. Liquid glucose extraction uses solvents. I do not want solvents in my food. This recipe is unhealthy because of this ingredient, it can be swapped with real roasted peanut. Most peanuts contain the aflatoxin mold and many Indian sisters are clueless on this. Stringent measures are taken in USA so people don't get sick. The people in India do no testing on peanut mode, very lax. They don't care if population gets sick. Very sad. Humanity think about what you put in your food...
