I don't realy know the guy and honestly I'm not really invested in this but if he's innocent then he needs to stay silent till his legal team has worked out a plan. If he's not innocent he still needs to shut up and let his legal team work out a plan. I never understand these people immediately making public statements which will never go over well with the public no matter what. It's a waste of time. This needs to play out in court.

Yeah it's pretty sketch but if it's legal IE the age of consent and it all legally checks out there is nothing aside the losing of face, right?
I'm of the opinion either the age of consent be where it is and if people choose to have sex then it is fine, or if that isn't fine then raise the fucking age of consent and make it clear what is and is not okay.
If it was rape all of this goes out the window.
Point still stands either peeps gotta get over the fact the age of consent can be like 16 in the US or the country needs a federal age of consent law to stop any ambiguity of the matter.
I'm not arguing for the age of consent being below 18, it should be 18. Make it clear and easy to understand.

Tana's reputation got ripped to shreds because of her constantly lying and exaggerating for clout. The fact people are so quick to believe her, and attack Cody, based solely on her word, is mind boggling to me.

Got to start off by saying i had zero clue who Cody ko was before this video and frankly i could care less but this whole thing seem shady af. Let's be honest here this isn't even close to the horrible things Ava has done but yet it's being treated like it's on the same level. Tana claimed it was consensual and frankly 17 is not 13, she isn't a victim and never was. If a 17 year old can be convicted for manslaughter than i think a 17 year old is old enough to under sex and consent.

That brings me to my other point, why now?. Why after all these year and consenting to it, does she feel the need to come out now. Don't get me wrong it's off putting but this isn't the same as a 22yo (ava) sextexting a literal 13yo and the response seems even worse than AVA got it.
