I wish you guys had ellipticals featured on your channel I haven’t come across a recommendation and it’s my go to cardio machine as a beginner that is battling joint problems. I can’t wait until I’m stronger and my joints and osteopenia is healed enough to work a push sled or climber but for now the elliptical is a lifesaver.
