The BOB ROSS of online guitar instructors. Sometimes I just leave Rusty running in the background. Calming, competent and really excellent guitar tutorials - definitely making me a better player - THANKS!!!

I am 68 years old and I think I have watched every guitar teacher that have ever been on line I started when I was the age of 12. It is so disappointing, I haven't pick a guitar up in 10 years and I think I have come to the conclusion that I'm not a guitar player, and then I discovered you and here I go again. I hope whatever it is that I'm missing that I can find it in you. May GOD BLESS you and thank you for your help.

Arguably the best tutor on YouTube! Practical, immediately implementable ideas. You cut to the chase Rusty, Been grappling with soloing for 5years now. Humbly consider myself intermediate regarding rhythm guitar and playing whilst singing. Soloing was shrouded in mystery, something only certain talented guitarists could do, UNTIL I came across your channel. Your teaching style resonates strongly with me. Profoundly grateful. Donation is imminent Rusty. From Sunny South Africa

Thanks for the “gleanings” Rusty. We all appreciate the effort you put into these
lessons. The least I can do is keep smashing the like button !

Such a sweet, sad melody. Almost made me cry. Sounds like the score for the end to a sad classic movie, or a hit country song. I almost feel inspired to believe: If I can get this down and put it all together, I could write a masterpiece song!

I had a friend from NJ that we used to bust her chops for referring to a house's "roof" as a "rough" or "ruff"!! Funny! Great lesson as always (less is more!), Rusty. I can already see the prospects of expanding this concept much further but then again this is the underlying purpose of your cool weekly lessons! Jim C.

Just had my ‘aha’ moment. Linking those triads further up the scale makes you feel like you’ve opened the door to becoming a guitar player. Cheers Rusty. Have a coffee or beer on me.
