Hi Anubhav,
Thank you so much for the detailed basic explanation and we are looking for the deeper concept in chat bots in future.
Here, I have one doubts. In case of user send messages like "I don't want to RESET my password" or "I don't want to CHANGE PASSWORD". Here, of course, my bad bots will send the link based on the keyword which is used by end user. May I know how to make my bots very intelligent in this case, and is there anything like checking the combination of two words.
