Special Forces: 40 km Runs & Just 1-2 Hours of Sleep💪

preview_player
Показать описание
Special forces are elite military units trained for high-intensity operations that require exceptional physical and mental endurance. Their rigorous training includes grueling physical challenges, such as running 40 km daily, and minimal sleep, often just 1-2 hours a night. These forces are prepared to operate under extreme conditions, with a focus on rapid and effective responses to critical missions.

That's why they define the term "special forces", they ain't just by name but also by task special.

Special forces training pushes the mind and body beyond ordinary limits. While an athlete thrives on rest and optimal nutrition, a soldier is conditioned to operate under relentless stress, deprivation, and exhaustion. This isn’t just about physical endurance—it’s about reshaping the mind. An athlete’s life isn’t easy either; their goal is singular: to perform at their peak on the day of the competition. Everything they do is optimized for that one moment. In contrast, a soldier’s goal is not just to perform on a particular day but to be ready to push their body beyond limits anytime, anywhere, even when they’re unwell or injured. They are trained to push past the point where the average person would stop, breaking them down mentally so they can develop creative and personal strategies to manage stress. Despite their intense training, their bodies are deliberately not allowed to fully adapt—through underfeeding and reduced rest—simulating conditions where they might not be in an ideal state but must still perform. Once they master this mental and physical conditioning, they become unstoppable. The human body can endure much more than it seems, but the mind often holds it back to avoid potential harm—a survival instinct from our evolutionary past. Overcoming the mind’s limitations is key, and once that’s achieved, there’s no barrier too great.

Sab bacche log shant ho jao.. they run 40km not to be fastest but with loaded gear and reach in minimum time and fit to fight.. Athlete run at max to be first. so both are different and in their peak limit.

Special Forces was created to have a unit THAT CANNOT FAIL!!! They are always called upon for missions where failure is not an option and country's pride is at stake...my brother's friend was a Para volunteer and during probation he got 103 degrees fever but still was made to stand in cold water entire night with occasional breaks during which they made him do squats with tyre in his neck...he ended up doing 3000 squats but did not give up...His body did...he fainted and didn't even realise but when he woke up he was given choice to quit or continue...he is on Para regiment today
