The Starling Coastal Cottage is on sale for $105,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Mister Tiny, I adore it! Gorgeous exterior period. Indisputable. $105, 000. 11 by 50 with 8-foot front and 8-foot back porches. Cedar fascia. James Hardie siding. Copper metal roof. Porch privacy slated rails and porch ceiling fan. Say what?!. I am usually not a fan of galley kitchens and especially adjacent to bathrooms but Recreational Resort Cottages is the premier builder manufacturer that can pull it off. This beauty is pleasing inside and out. Love the interior, lighting/windows, shiplap accent wall, southern yellow pine ceiling, light fixtures, full appliances, celina blue back splash, large shower, subway tile, rain shower, southern yellow pine, cabinetry, space for stackable w/d, huge stove/oven and fridge, large bedroom, bedroom sliding door and back deck... all for $105, 000!!! Winner!🎉 I will have to move back to Texas or Texas adjacent to make this work. 😅😉 I've been shopping for traditional homes and tiny homes and frankly the price for this and what The Starling offers puts traditional houses to shame and THOWs. I need to suck it up and find a foundation here on the East Coast and just purchase one of your homes $105, 000 or less is simply extraordinary for what RRC produces. Pay the delivery fees and call it a day. This home is lovely. Keep it up and open a facility on the East Coast. You will eat up your competition from New York to Florida. 🎉

What a perfect tiny home. Recreational Resort Cottages is the only builder that makes galley kitchens appealing to me. Mr. Tiny if only RRC was located in more regions in the U.S. along with your communities.

At 14:00 time mark, let me say no one is going to be successful at impersonating you, Mr. Mike, you are the original, the O.G. And your outfit always compliments the home. Looking good always. I love this floor plan, the front and back covered porch, and high ceilings. I would like a place for a kitchen table, and a dishwasher.

LOVE the Starling floorpan!!! The large kitchen sink; front and back porches; larger closet; wheelchair accessible options; and my favorite - blinds in the glass - I want them in every window!!! I would also add a wrap around porch/decking connecting both porches enclosing all with screening. The addition of ramp access versus stairs would also be helpful for those of us with knee/hip issues. So far, I believe The Starling is my favorite floorpan!! This is definitely my second favorite of your tiny homes. This one in the black is my favorite. The starling definitely is a showstopper.
