How much did big pharma pay you to undermine the serious threat of deadly/fatal blood clots? Blood clots are serious enough that my orthopedic surgeon placed me on injectable blood thinners (lovenox) following a major knew surgery at 15 years old, so why are we not taking this risk very seriously???

Given the blood vessel related issues though rare, is there medical proof taking the vaccines does not have any effect adverse effects on the blood vessels at all? We are not talking about blood clots only. What about the lesser effects as long as adverse side effects that could lead to other health issues? For example, it's not that every smoker gets lung cancer. But can doctors proof the smoking has zero other damages caused to the body of smokers leading to other diseases or worsening other pre medical conditions the smokers may have and even resulting in them dying due to the adverse effects worsening their existing pre existing conditions?
