Feathers 2 - Journal Flip

I love making all my journals but there's a special joy that comes from making one for someone you know personally. This journal was a custom order for my dear friend, children's author Debbi Michiko Florence.

There are no scrapbook papers used to make the pages (though there is one envelope made from scrapbook paper.) All the pages are either tea or coffee dyed, dyed with distress sprays, or eco dyed.

Debbi says it will be her travel journal so I am excited to imagine it flying around the world with her.

And her wonderful Jasmine Toguchi chapter book series.
