Take off was from the end of the Nantasket Ave Sea wall, with spectacular views of the Boston Lighthouse on Little Brewster Island in Outer Boston Harbor, home of the first lighthouse built in the United States. The original Boston Light was built in 1716, but under British ownership it was destroyed during the American revolution. In 1783 the current lighthouse was erected and improved in 1856 to a height of 98 feet. A new lantern room was added with a beautiful 12 sided second order Fresnel Lens, the only one still used in Massachusetts which is visible from 27 nautical miles away! Video was shot with Mavic Air 2.
