ComAp Italy operates primarily on renewable energy, thanks to a 20 kW photovoltaic system installed on the rooftop and geothermal energy generated from the nearby river sprinkles.
The all-electric HVAC system eliminates the need for gas connections. Two geothermal heat pumps provide heating and cooling.
Air conditioning or heating can be both managed by employees or automatically switched off when the system detects no presence in the office.
The InteliSCADA software tracks energy import and export, calculating CO2 savings using national guidelines. Data is accessible online through our WebSupervisor and can be, therefore, easily utilised for environmental reporting.
