No Relief For Arvind Kejriwal From Top Court Yet; SC Denies Relief To Kejriwal For Poll Campaign

The Supreme Court Monday has sought the Enforcement Directorate (ED)’s response in a plea filed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest in the excise policy case. The court has asked for the response to be filed on or before April 24, and a rejoinder by April 27. The court will hear the matter on April 29 again. Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on March 21 and is currently lodged in Tihar jail.
