We directly focus on Foundational skills and team diving in order to dive safely and comfortably in the baltic sea, the med, cold water or warm water, caves or wrecks or just in 6 meters for the sake of being in the water.

ISE promotes Sidemount diving. How does that fit in the general diving philosophy ISE promotes and does ISE follow the actual Sidemount hype?
The answer is yes and no. Yes, we promote it and it fits in the philosophy very well. And no – we do not follow the ridiculous hype pushed by an industry motivated only by the fast but short-lived buck.

Purpose
The ISE Sidemount is a course dedicated to cultivating comfortable, competent and confident divers in the use of sidemount gear. It allows them to maximise aquatic fun and safety. This course is also to prepare them for continuation in ISE technical, cave and wreck courses in Sidemount configuration (must be BoE certified to apply for any Level 1 training). It also builds a solid foundational skill level for divers, so as to be able to undertake all sorts of future advance scuba training easily.
