Starting Day 221 on this carnivore diet transformation documentary and I'm up 1.4lbs in a day to my 155.2lbs. I started at 212.4lbs. I eat animal based products, mostly meat, and have now lost 57.2lbs total by eating this way. I'm a father of 2 great boys, husband to 1 beautiful wife :), business owner that started carnivore diet to optimize my life, increase performance, and to lose some of that jiggley fat off my midsection. For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast on @joerogan where Joe asked @JordanBPeterson about about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter @mikhaila story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by @myzerocarblife, @SteakandButterGal and even a few by @ThomasDeLauerOfficial to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 55+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.

I’ve fallen of the wagon a few times too in just 90 days. Not with fruit though, I’m afraid my sugar addiction will come back full force. Have you tried putting a toothpick in your mouth when craving something? It usually works for me. The only time it doesn’t is when I don’t do it!!

Same here! Those damn string cheese fuck with me and before I know it I’m eating 10 of them and then snacking the rest of the day! I’ve been carnivore going on a year. What is bread cheese and where the hell do I get it!!! It looks delicious!!! Fried cheese has got to be my favorite thing on earth! But I can’t seem to find it anymore
