I can’t wait to see the nook when it is finished. I love the brick. I’ve always wanted a nook.

I was so excited about the floor outlets I put in my room and now I hate them because they're constantly in the way. I hope you don't repeat my mistake 😅

Oh, I love the hardware!!! It's so cohesive.❤️🥰🌟

Maybe instead of putting the outlets in the floor where they are going to be really visible, put them on the bottom part of the wood in your nook. That part seems already slightly to the back compared to the wood above so it will hide the outlets much more. I absolutely love the rest though!

Ooo that looks awesome!!! I’m sure you already thought of this but turning the breakfast nook bench into storage?

Blankets, decor, I turned mine into a wine cabinet/drawer. Even a shelf to put shoes or books on on the ends would look awesome in this space

I like how the cabinets look with some vinyl and some wood! Feels like a good bridge between bold colors and natural brick

Wow! The hardware is so simple but it goes SO WELL with the kitchen!

From weekly cleanings and disinfecting of high-touch areas of knobs in kitchen cabinets: simple is best. You made a great choice.

The seating backs could be made funky shapes, making DIY plywood shapes, pad it out with cushioning and upholster using a staple gun! Saw someone do a similar thing to make a custom headboard for their bed! Her name on YouTube is Tay beepboop

As someone that hurt their back in their 20's and can no longer bend over to reach low plug ins, ib highly recommend building them into the back rest of the seating. Less likely to get tripped over, or spilled on. You can still do the pop up, but stick it in the corners, or in the center of a built in table with a raised lazy Susan on top of a circle of plug ins.
