We only get 1 day of shadow. If it’s a second or third route there is no training. They provide a turn by turn list. The stress & pressure level is through the roof in beginning.

I was a CCA for a while 😟😟😳 doing 6 days, 10 hours a day and having to go from post office to post office to cover routes. My GOD❗️ I thought slavery ended. I guess wrong. I got up one day and decided not go into work. I got texts and emails and calls, but never answered ANY. I decidedly isn’t worth my time to reply nor give any notice of quitting the job. I was numb from the job, no feelings, no remorse, no guilt. This was my own experience and just my own. 🙌🏻

This is my second week of being an RCA and they put me on the longest evaluated route. Toughest shit ever😂 but I'm still learning my techniques in the LLV.

Not marking boxes was definitely a pet peeve of mine! Most carriers most boxes were market but other routes was a nightmare to learn - so easily avoided if regulars took the time to mark boxes with a sharpie on the inside

I was just offered a position as RCA. Thank you for sharing your tips. I’ve read they don’t let you have days off so I wanted to ask how many hours you average a week and if you’re part time? I know hours vary from location
