A little over a year ago I went 3-1 with Tainted Pact at ELDs time vault. Here's a few things from my list I don't see here: Sea Gate Stormcaller, Mercurial Spelldancer, Founding the Third Path, Snapcaster Mage, and Impulse. Things I would consider cutting from your list are peek, consider, the baubles, nights whisper, shred memory, and muddle.

A bit unrelated to this vid but do you think picklock prankster is good for neoform? I know it’s quite good in pheonix and can be a way to get back a milled neoform

The card that I would cut for sure is Wishclaw talisman, in my opinion we play too few mana acceleration to make it functional. The other two weakest cards I would say that maybe are Street wraith and Urza's bauble.
