I had the Yoobao EN1 for a while. It was good but one night I overcharged it and the next day when I turned it on and plugged in my laptop, it exploded inside. Luckily my laptop and its charger weren't damaged. Anyone who plans to get it should make sure to avoid overcharging.

I think it's important to note most laptops don't allow for charging under 30W, so that 5W charger won't even be accepted by the laptop.

In general, if your laptop can charge with Power Delivery, and if your powerbank supports Power Delivery for at least 30W, your powerbank is just like the 30W+ brick you add to your PD charger

i was aiming for a good powerbank with DC output 20v (max 100-120w)
since my laptop will only need max wattage only for gaming, i should be fine using low wattage(100-120w) just for light use? right?
