I had the same experience of finding carnivore. When my CIRS ramped up so severely one month after moving into a new home, and I had no idea why, my constant prayers of healing changed from, "please heal me, " to "please show me the path and lead me to healing." It was shortly after I found carnivore that I found out about CIRS from Judy Cho and got diagnosed, probably in the nick of time. Had I ignored the advice to take the VCS test and get treated for CIRS, I would be on a relentless path toward dementia. For anyone not healing completely on carnivore, take the VCS test! If you have CIRS, GET TREATED! CIRS shrinks your brain. Get treated for it. Don't ignore it. May my warning be a blessing to someone. God bless you, Kipp. I pray for you often.

You don’t have to ever apologize just be you big bro keep doing what your doing and only do what your body allows to you do because that’s what I am doing I have been carnivore for 82 days now was 324 pounds when I started now down to 285 pounds I just recently started lifting some weight I don’t have everything that I wanna have however once I am back to work to normal due to the car accident and having 8 screws and a metal plate to hold your foot together and only being able to walk for 4 months now yeah the struggle is real and I just found out this past Friday that I have to have another surgery because the metal plate is hanging under the bone of my foot so to hopefully stop the pain and allow me to get back to normal and work to finish gathering all the weight and equipment that I need to further more my weight journey so for now I can only lift one 45 pound weight because I can’t seem to find my curl bar to do more and I walk or try to walk every day trying to reach 10k or more in steps and going 5 miles or more when I can while I can because the good days come and I gotta take advantage of them all because when days are bad I am down for them and they can last 2-3 days sometimes I am proud of you I am cheering you on I believe in you and will pray for you so til next time let’s go that 5k that you are entering in is right around the corner and we gotta get you ready for it cuz I wanna see you achieve your goals and overcome what you thought wasn’t possible and make it all reality

I was over 420lbs last year and ate just meat and no bread now I weigh 187lbs without any exercise just eating and I didn't starve myself either I ate as much as I wanted as long as it was meat or eggs. You can do it brother! 1 Timothy 4:8
