Easy Homemade BISCOFF Twix Bars!

Ingredients:
180g butter, softened
90g granulated sugar
250g plain flour
Biscoff spread
200g milk chocolate, melted

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Add the butter, sugar and flour to a bowl and mix until combined.

3) Pour it into a lined baking tin and press it down.

4) Bake for 20-25 minutes.

5) Slice it into fingers.

6) Pipe Biscoff spread onto each of the fingers and smooth it out to the edges.

7) Freeze for 20 minutes.

8) Dip the bottom of the fingers in melted chocolate and place them on a rack.

9) Pour melted chocolate over the top of them.

10) Leave them to set in the fridge.

11) Enjoy!
