That is a damn great tool for the fact that it will replace 3 to 4 pipe wrenches and just one tool but I'm not too impressed with the price point. I know you're paying a little for convenience but that is still a little bit high for a pipe wrench.

Why would i buy a longer handle for it when i could just find some pipe cooresponding to the pipe size of the grip, and thread a new handle myself on a threading machine? As long as the wrench itself accepts NPT threads.

great idea. I wonder if the handle threads are a standard thread size so you could make custom handle lengths to your own applications.

The length of the tool isn't always the problem it's the size of the head. Do they make the same tool in a smaller size?

This is a great Idea .... We use a fence pipe at the end of our pipe wrenches .... This is going to be really handy

Not a bad idea.  I think anyone that already owns a set of typical pipe wrenches is not going to run out and buy this new version.  The issue that I see with this new version is with the threading on the extension pipe.  If it's not already attached to the jaws, I can see those threads getting dinged up while sitting in the bottom of a tool bag/box rendering it useless.  Then I can see myself throwing it across the room while mumbling some choice words.  Just my opinion.

this would be handy be able to get more leverage with out the hassle of searching for a pipe to fit over my wrench

That is a cool idea. It looks like you could thread a standard black pipe in the ass end for even longer lengths.

Love Milwaukee but don't see much of a point to this unless if you regularly need a 24in pipe wrench and can only store your tools in a very limited box. I understand where they were trying to go with the idea but I could buy a lot more than three pipe wrenches for cheaper that would allow for uses in a lot more situations with a higher amount of strength. If I had very limited tool box space and only needed wrenches in those lengths I'd consider it.
