Top 12 Australian Dividend Stocks That Increase Dividends EVERY SINGLE YEAR | Stockopedia Analysis

In this video I share the top Australian stocks that have increased their dividend payments every single year for the past decade. I used Stockopedia's leading stock screening tool to find these top 12 Australian dividend stocks. Dividend stocks are valued by investors as they supply an income which can often match or even rival term deposits. Dividends are also a sign of a company that is profitable, has low capital expenditure needs, and is generally friendly to shareholders, which isn't always the case.

Australia has over 1800 stocks in total, so these twelve dividend-paying stocks are incredibly rare.

Filters used on Stockopedia's screening tool:
- Country: Australia
- Market Capitalisation: Over AU$1B
- Dividend Increase History: 10 Years +

I just want to say a big thank you. I really enjoy the videos you make especially the ones regarding Australian dividend stocks. I have been investing in the US market for awhile now but have decided to start my Australian portfolio. Your videos have helped me tremendously thank you.

well presented vid. if you want 4 to 5% dividends then consider buying A200 etf (tracks aus top 200 companies) and buy VLC (tracks Aus top 10 companies). exp fees are reasonable and some growth over time. any divs higher than these two will be adding sustainable risk. the index also grows about 2-3% per year on average too. 50% vlc and 50% a200 is a good mix.

Those shares may have increased their dividends, but that doesn’t mean they are good risk / returns. In most cases getting a 5% 1 year TD would give you a better return

1 and 2% dividends aren't dividends, they are a joke!! Buy some coal stocks you can often put an extra zero on, this on healthier companies with P/E's under 5 !!
