Sharing how to make homemade sofrito has been requested so many times and I finally got around to making a vid on how I make mine!
INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch culantro
1 bunch cilantro
1 white onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 cubanelle pepper (or Anaheim pepper as a substitute )
2 aji dulce peppers (or sweet red peppers as a substitute)
½ cup olive oil
3 heads of garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
