A little note: from the minute 6:30, the symbol of belonging ∈ must be replaced with the inclusion symbol ⊂ since A and Q are sets.

hi thank you for your fantastic videos. it is unclear to me how to relate your definition of an outer measure to the standard definition: outer measure of any set A subset R is the infimum of lengths of all possible covers of A.
