Before Journey Mode, the last fishing quest used to take around 80 hours, if I´m not wrong. 24 minutes x 200 quests is 80 hours

I recently finished all the achievements by getting supreme helper minion. An exploit I found when completing is the fact that the game tracks your daily quest fish by your player name. So by catching a bunch of quest fish (by throwing them out/putting them in a chest), exiting the world, then changing your character’s name and going back in, it resets. This let me get my last 50ish fish super easily. Hope this helps y’all in you’re endeavors.

Love the format! It has the vibe of those 100 days videos, except i have not seen this 100 times. Really makes me feel the journey of completing 115 side quests.

I managed to do all the angler quests before 1.4 was released, it took me so long to do it, but I felt very accomplished after, those were my last achievements I had to get then, ofc before new ones were added to the game, but sometimes I wish I waited till 1.4 was released for the bed time skipping mechanic to make it easier for me to complete

What an insane vid! I love how this was told as a story detailing your progression through your world rather than just simply listing every achievement off. Congrats on all achievements, it's a heck of an achievement in itself to do that, especially Supreme Helper Minion, haha 😅😃

Journey mode was a godsend for finishing my achievement list. The 10x time speed combined with sleep provided massive acceleration for quest refresh, and the ability to duplicate the quest fish made Supreme Helper Minion much more tolerable.

Alot of super-recipies like zenith, shellphone, ankh shield, and terraspark boots are pretty easy to get if you're not rushing. Especially so if you find the shimmer biome

chippy, you got lucky with the obsidian rose, you only killed 18, with its a 2% drop. It's even worse then you thought.

The angler's final achievement was the most teadious one I ever accomplished and I am really glad they made this horrible achievement at least a little bit easier now for new folks trying to get it

The Drunk seed is probably my favorite for world gen, since it gives both corruption and crimson. That way, I can farm the best items from each biome.

I recently did a different kind of 100% run: a 100% Journey Mode Duplication Menu character file run
It was a painful ~100 hours trying to get everything, all types of furniture, all enemy banners, all randomly generated paintings, all quest fish, and so much more. Finishing it was pretty satisfying, at least. I found out about a bunch of items I didn't even know existed.

The most consistent way I've been able to fight the Martian Saucer's final phase is this: Using the Witch's Broom mount, fly away during the laser phase, but don't move vertically. When the saucer is about to stop its laser and try to hit you from the other side, begin moving back towards it. This gives just enough time to get the speed and distance you need to avoid it. Rinse and repeat until the saucer dies.

God I love this game. It's crazy that 12 years later, I still come back to this game and have just as much fun as I did every other time I've played, if not more.

I'm 54 hours into a master mode playthrough where im trying to do the same thing except I didn't reset my achievements like you did. I've never played master mode before so this has been really really rough. However I just finally beat all the mechs so I can hopefully make some progress soon :)

even tho we all have atleast 500 hours in terraria, let’s be real. none of us have done the all fishing quests achievement from the angler 😅
