The real struggle in HR this year has been speaking to families of deceased employees, counseling employees who lost so much, supporting all who were reaching out no matter what they personally were going through. This year has been heartbreaking and emotionally draining and I think everyone in HR would really be able to relate. Thanks to all HRs for sticking around and continuing relentlessly despite the profession being absolutely thankless.
Hope we never have to witness such a time again.

So relatable! Being an HR to handle humans is not a small deal. Solving their issues like policy issues, salary issues, office culture issues and making them understand and convincing is so difficult because every human being has different behaviour and different thinking.
And most important is to keep employee motivated and engaged.
HR does so many things but they are not appreciated. But I am proud of being an HR.
