Can i know the difference between high speed burnisher and grinding concrete or marble to achieve a shinier state. Does both plays the same role?

How would the cleaning process have differed if it was epoxy sealed?

I’m saying how does the cleaning differ BEFORE you buff/burnish it for an epoxy floor vs a polished floor with no costing on it. I’m assuming just a mop on epoxy isn’t enough to get it clean. Can you scrub before hand with a red pad and a 175 rpm swing machine?
