We only had 24 hours in Sofia, Bulgaria to eat as much delicious Bulgarian food as we could get our hands on. We looked for the best spots in the city to eat a traditional breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Our search for the best banitsa in town and a cup of coffee took us through Sofia’s many beautiful parks, past ancient Roman ruins, and face-to-face with Bulgaria’s communist past.
