Solomon had 1000 wives! (Population of Jerusalem at that time was just 2000 ish. Lots of angry husbands). His trading links were far and wide! (Nobody had ever heard of him in neighbouring states). Neighbouring kings sent their daughters to marry him! (Not a single record of any having done so). His stables were so massive to hold all his horses! (Turned out to be grain depots). His name incidentally, contains that of a Canaanite God - Solom - God of the evening star/dusk.
