VB.NET - Arduino - Activating LEDs ON-OFF

Creating a GUI to activate LEDs using VB.NET.

To simulate the circuit I used the online software Tinkercad.
To upload the code to the arduino I used the Arduino IDE.

Used components:
1 - Arduino MEGA
4 - Red LEDs
4 - 1k Ohm Resistors
5 - Jumper Wires
1 - Breadboard (Protoboard)
