Using a Taxonomy Term in the Title of a Block View

Contextual views are a mainstay of any Drupal site for News, Blog Posts and more. Typically, a view like this will display other nodes (pages) that share the same category (taxonomy).

For instance, if I'm looking at a blog post about Drupal, the sidebar will display all the other blog posts about Drupal.
