If you want to succeed in out-of-state real estate investing, you need to be SURE your real estate market is a winner. But instead of researching hundreds of different markets, guessing which one will be the right pick, we've brought three of the most popular real estate markets in America to you as we decide which market is hot, which is not, and which we'd double down on.

Well, "we" aren't doing anything; Dave Meyer and Zach Lemaster are. Both Dave and Zach are experts in out-of-state investing. Dave currently runs his real estate portfolio from Europe, while Zach designed an entire business (Rent to Retirement) to help investors make better returns than in their home markets.

Today, Dave and Zach are breaking down three top real estate markets: San Antonio, Texas; Boise, Idaho; and Huntsville, Alabama. They love a couple of them, but one…let's just say they won't be buying houses there any time soon. Which markets made the cut? Stick around to find out!

With rates going down this year it's going to be a great year for investing, knowing the "HOT" markets helps narrow the search, this is great information thanks for putting this together.

FYI: most of the San Antonio cashflow is negative after PITI.

You'll lose money to own there.

What builder do you use for the Huntsville suburb??

Not saying they're wrong or lying, but it's in these guys' best interest to keep people hyped about real estate no matter what.

The correction in San Antonio seems to be with supply and demand. Larger developers are not sitting on large plats they purchased so are still building 100’s of homes. The demand has dipped a little because of higher interest rates.

Huntsville is a great market and so is San Antonio! Glad y'all discussed these markets as they seem to be a great fit for first time and seasoned investors.

Huntsville is military town and is one good president away from the city economy collapsing. I grew up there and have an engineering degree and left years ago to have job opportunities. There is very little private business other than retail.

Still it could a very long time. Home prices there have about doubled since Covid started and everyone I talk to can’t afford to move within town, or they have been forced to move because of high rents. A household making 75k can’t afford a 300k home at 7%

Why does ON THE MARKET not have it's own channel? This is silly. It could be BP - On the Market - but it's frustrating to try to find an episode on here.

So when your retired and no longer work, your paying that 10-20k yearly prop tax..

You voted for the bad policies and laws in one place and what to mess up a good place with the same things? Lay in the bed you made.
