That background music sure sounds like it's from a Star Trek movie, but I can't tell which. Great image for DSLR/mirrorless camera. I enjoyed this one!

Hey Michael...Mike from NiteZpeed....This series is very appealing man...I like The Groove and Pace of the Video...I also like seeing you work this target set with a very basic and affordable setup. You present it very well...I have been actually using the Manual Ioptron Skytracker Pro as a mount in my videos because it's the cheapest EQ Mount for Beginners....I actually haven't moved onto the Skyguider Pro yet because my Skytracker Pro still just works well for what I use it for....I still need to invest in Pixinsight...Looking forward to the next one Michael...Clear Skies...Ill add you to my channel list on my channel...Just trying to support the community...

Hi Michael, I'm using a very similar setup. Canon 70d Rokinon 135, star adventurer 2i. Do you use the histogram to choose a exposure time? Seems like lower horizon targets get washed out quickly due to light pollution.
Excellent video. Keep up the good work.

It's sad how much sky we don't see at night from the glow of city lights. I went on vacation last year and it was like seeing a different sky. I can only imagine what a dark site is like.

Thanks for sharing Mike - great video. I can appreciate the clouds and other pitfalls that arise during imaging, so it is nice to see what others experience too! I am encouraged by your video as I was planning on trying to capture the Ring Nebula myself and was concerned that I would not have enough focal length to get it. I'm using a 70mm diameter, 420mm focal length scope with a stock DSLR (crop factor of 1.6). Which I believe translates to a 670mm effect... so by you getting it with your 135mm lens, then I should be good to go. Your timing is perfect !
