RS 660 | Passenger Pegs with SC Project Exhaust | How to fit

Do the passenger pegs fit with SC Project CRT and SC1-R exhaust with the titanium headers? SC Project official answer is no, but there is a way to make them fit on your Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660.

When I get my bike back I’ll either shoot a video or I’ll shoot you a picture of how it’s installed with a CRT –1 exhaust with the OEM passenger pegs. It’s been in the shop for three months. Still waiting on Aprilia to send over the requested parts, fairings, etc. Very discouraging of how long I have to wait for these parts, but I’ll get back to you on this point and then you can share it with others. Thanks buddy. Always watching.
Oh, and by the way, on your last video of describing all of your mods on your bike, which is great by the way, I’ll probably have to chime in later, but I really don’t want you to get rid of that red rim because that’s such a signature. look of the Aprilia RS 660 and it’s just gonna look like the 2023 model. It’s a very unique look of having the red rim on the front and the black in the back. I’ll never change that look it’s just such an eyecatcher when you’re riding down the street or when the bike is parked or when you’re walking up to the bike and you’re looking at your bike and your so personally impressed about how awesome it looks. Not to say that black on black wouldn’t look great but I just think it sets it apart from the rest with the red rim on the front . Just my thought bro. I would love this but I an really worried that it will melt the shoes or burn the foot of the passanger, i saw another comment and you responded with you tested it but if the passanger is unexperienced and they have the foot far back on the pegs could it be a hazard?

Hey man! I have a 23' RS 660. I have about 500 miles and I have the rear brake squeaking issue. Did you ever get yours to go away? If not, what did you do to fix it?

Mine actually fit perfect with the peg. And I have the muffler pushed in all the way

Anyone who wants to try this to get the rear pegs off. Please don't. Trust me using a battery drill is a sure fire way to strip those bolts. Especially on that angle exactly how he has it set up

Idk why they wouldn’t just design the damn muffler to fit the pegs. Seems like lazy engineering to make that can fit other bikes.
