I want that front net space usable and dry. Higher chined gunnels, dry forward salons afford safe comfortable sail work - which is touch enough without nets. Others manage it well - it's your turn. Priv is a great builder and now you need to take a few clues from Catana's Bali thinking - just do it better. Great Video - really enjoy these!

I'm about three years out from making an order of something, and closely watching the excursion-class blue-water Catamaran space. If Catana/Bali had a baby with Privilege...I might order sooner. It would have a solid, dry front (tramps not needed if you raise things up), the Privilege master bedroom, a walk-through front (Privilege 580 does this now) and a larger salon. Sold. On a cultural note: Americans live and entertain in their kitchens. The 'galley kitchen' is considered a detriment. Europeans seem to hide this space. Bali has this right, for North America. I'd take the galley-up version, but Privilege needs to put a little more thought into it and make it a really good design. Right now the option feels like a first-attempt. Seriously, bring in some Americans to help with that.
