Not really a rug pull. Similar to a stock listing of sorts where the valuation is higher during the initial listing and falls quickly due to market demand and expectations and stabilizes to a fair value in current market conditions. A rug pull would be something like what the Faze clan people did with the SaveTheChildren token.
