The reason that the Terminator is used as a pest control mascot in a lot of Spanish stuff is because in Spanish, the Terminator movies are known as "El Exterminador" or "The exterminator", not to mention, at least in Mexico, copyright laws aren't really followed, so literally every pest control business used some amalgamation of that name or image in some way, especially during the peak of the movies.
