I searched for an answer to this for an hour. You tube wouldn’t let me sign in. I followed Apples responses to many people asking . They were saying update phone or change setting. ok this did not help me find the issue of the letter "i" on my iphone 11 not responding.... however it did give me the idea to explore and eventually solved this issue for me... i took the following steps:
1. open settings
2. display & brightness
3. text size
4. increase slightly
this worked for me... take care

It can also be your screen protector tru taking it off and seeing if thats the issue

The problem for me was my screen protector so if your screen protector has to many air bubbles that could be the problem ! I took mine off and it works just good as new now

oh my I have been struggling with my keyboard and for some odd reason the letter E on the keyboard does not work but when I rotated the phone screen I was able to get the letter E to work but not when it was so does this mean I have to get my screen
