What is elearning?

If you're new to the world of online training, or even if you aren't, it's a perfectly valid question. What exactly do we mean when we talk about elearning?

It can take a lot of forms these days, but at its most basic level, elearning is training that happens online; and that can be at your desk, on your PC, or out in the field on a mobile phone. It's also set by the learner's own pace.

So we're not talking about Zoom training sessions here, where everyone sits on the call at the same time. We're talking about online courses that your learners can move through as and when they need them, in their own time.
