SpaceX Falcon 9 Starlink Group 5-1 launch and landing

SpaceX launches Falcon 9 B1062 (Flight #11) from SLC-40, Cape Canaveral SFS, Florida, USA on Wed Dec 28, 2022 at 09:34 UTC.

This mission is Starlink Group 5-1. Falcon 9 carried a batch of 54 Starlink satellites for their high-speed low earth orbit internet constellation. Starlink Group 5-1 is the first flight dedicated to the second generation of Starlink. Previous flights have been filling the first generation Starlink constellation. The Falcon 9 first stage landed at approximately T+0:08:42 on the autonomous droneship A Shortfall of Gravitas.

I believe that this is the last launch from the Cape for this year. And there’s one more from Vandenburg, so this has been a very successful year for SpaceX
