Mind the gap is a common message on the London Underground network, however at Embankment station, Northern Line, northbound platform there is an special "MIND THE GAP" tannoy, louder than the other, recorded by Oswald Laurence.

Is the only place in the entire London Underground's network where you can listen this.

For those who don’t know: TfL reinstated this classic announcement at the request of the widow, so she could still hear her husband’s voice now he’s gone. That’s why it only plays at Embankment.

For those who don't know: "Mind the gap" isn't used across all networks and only at stations with curved platforms because each segment of the train is straight -- which causes a larger distance between the platform and the train in some parts.

I believe the recording “mind the gap” is the original and still used at this station at the request of the announcer’s widow.
It’s no longer used at other stations.
