Advanced Quad & Bear Rocking Exercise for a Full-Body "Brush & Floss"

***Sorry for the audio issues! We tried out a new wireless mic. Needless to say, we already threw it against the wall :)***

Move into your hips, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, and wrists while facilitating full-body movement. Oh yeah, your core will feel the work big time!

You brush and floss and teeth every day (hopefully) but most of us don't do the same to our bodies. We're constantly assuming the same positions all day every day.

Use this to lube up your joints and reduce the tension in your muscles. Don't be surprised if your daily functions and athletic endeavors improve as the result of daily full-body brushing & flossing!
