Did not need the asset function, but CSS files did located from the public folder.
So the path is like '"css/styles.css" from the public folder. Thank You!

helli in my case public is already in the path and if i remove public in the path the login and landing page display but no other features work --if i leave public in the path all almost all features wotrk but no css --how to fix / Lisa
