Just ordered recently from Crutchfield and had a very pleasant experience. I had ordered a Klipsch subwoofer and an Onkyo CD player, yes I still play CD’s lol, well I wasn’t pleased with the Onkyo CD player, it had a very audible hum while it was turned on, Crutchfield gladly sent me a Yamaha which I decided to go with in place of the Onkyo, sent out same day, and emailed me a return label with no questions asked. A clear breeze for returns/exchange process. They’ve got a new customer, gladly will order again from them!
