For those who don’t understand here’s how



bine brown sugar, cinnamon, water, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan.
Heat over medium-high heat, whisking to combine, until simmering.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sugar is dissolved and the syrup has thickened slightly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Brew the espresso:
Brew 2 double shots of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, Moka pot, etc.).
Alternatively, if you don't have an espresso machine, use about 1/2 cup of strongly brewed coffee or cold brew.
Combine and shake:
Add the espresso (or coffee), brown sugar syrup (or brown sugar), and a few ice cubes to your shaker or lidded container.
If using regular brown sugar, add it to the hot espresso to dissolve it before adding ice and shaking.
Secure the lid tightly.
Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is frothy.
