_"Hostages should never have been taken in the first place"_

Does Miller refer to the 250 people Hamas took on Oct7, or the thousands of Palestinian hostages in Israeli jails? I realise that Palestinian lives don't count for as much, but still.

What kind of method does US support for releasing the hostage.
1) through negotiation or ceasefire(without any causality)
2) through military operations (which happened to kill plenty more when compared to the saved count)

Do Palestinians have a right to rescue hostages?

Sharing publicly what the sticking points are is not negotiating.

Shortly after the deal was announced Israel stated that the fighting will not stop until Hamas is no more. Confusing then that US would have us believe that Israel is eager to make a 'ceasefire' with a party that Israel can not allow to exist in a 'ceasefire' than Israel, at best only agrees with a third of.

American deal on negotiating is tricky and Hamas knows their tricks.

New deal=New negotiation
Sure, you can compare it to old demands but those opportunities are gone! Stop whining and grant Palestinians their freedom.

Article 1(4) provides that armed conflicts in which peoples are fighting against colonial domination, alien occupation or racist regimes are to be considered international conflicts.

If the deaths of 1200 people can culminate to deaths of 36000 innocent people, then what would happen if it was deemed Palestinians use the same measures of proportionality

Potentially and miller cannot be sure that 0:31is not from indicriminate shooting although it can be decieving when civilians are mistakenly identified on purpose. Keep that in mind.

If the 274 Palestinian victims were a result of the crossfire between the IOF and khamas, so by the same logic wasn't there a crossfire also on Oct 7 between the IOF and khamas???
