Sir, NIFTY range is 17, 000 - 17, 500, as you said, . Why would people play with fire selling 17, 200 PE and 17, 250 CE...? By looking at volatility it may  cross several times both sides in intraday itself. And since now VIX is coming down slowly but steadily, but still it is high, 17, 800 could be the next resistance as you said and 17, 200 could be good support. Is it not wise to play outside this range by taking  short strangle positions ...? Why play with fire..? Can you please explain the secret behind this people's strategy of selling 17, 200 PE and 17, 250 CE..? Thank you.
