Hello.

For all the people going crazy not being able to turn off the echo setting - or for it being stuck on one setting:

I pushed both the “mic button” on the microphone and speaker at the same time, waited for the double beep, and that seemed to change the function over.

Was a nightmare to figure this out. Hope it helps

Finally got the echo fixed !!! .... OMG I finally got it. Ok it seemed like nothing was working but i kept messing with everything i could think of. I think what finally did it was i turned on then off. Both mic and speaker. Then went through the voice styles using the mic's mic button, then when it got to the normal voice i very quickly double clicked the mic button on the microphone and i noticed it was better, then i did it again and it was

One of the two mikes has an extremely high volume, but if I try to turn it down nothing changes, but the other mike stops working instead! How do I fix this?

My Bluetooth isn’t working—I can’t connect my device. The device name doesn’t show up on my phone, and the microphones aren’t connecting automatically either. Do you have any tips, or should I just return it to the seller?

Impossible to turn off echo. Ridiculous setting that is not needed. Ruins product. Tried all the tips but nothing works.

Both mics have been working and charging fine but yesterday both completely stopped working. When I plug in to charge it it flashes once red then nothing. The charger works as it works for the speaker and other devices. Has anyone else had this issue
