Elevators in genshin are just so glitchy sometimes. I remember back in the GAA event at Fischl's castle domain I hopped on one and fell through the floor of it only to become stuck to the bottom side of the elevator in a perpetual fall. I had to quit out and go back in because I couldn't get free.

Happened to me but it was a different glitch same elevator though used wanderer's elemental skill then somehow I got stuck in the underground
