It has a very long history that starts in the 7th century BC and throughout the centuries, Istanbul has been one of the most important cities in the world.

I lived in Tűrkiye from 1980-1987 before moving to Australia.
For some reason I've always felt depressed in both countries.
I dunno if this has anything to do with being me or I havent travelled enough around the world...??
